Shan Sivagugaraajah

Shan is the Principal of the Firm and brings over 24 years of senior Financial and General Management experience across Sri Lanka and the United Kingdom. He possesses extensive expertise within the Financial Services sector and has held several high-profile leadership roles throughout his career.

Shan previously served as Director of Sydney Financial Services and as Finance Manager at SA Accountants and Tax Consultancy. His professional background also includes roles with Aviva Insurance and Ernst & Young (EY), where he worked as a Risk Control Auditor. He is recognised as one of the youngest individuals to attain Fellowship status with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK (FCMA), a distinction that reflects his exceptional capability and commitment to the profession.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (Finance Special) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka, and an MBA in Financial Services from the University of East London. In addition, Shan is a fully qualified CeMAP-certified mortgage adviser.

Outside his professional responsibilities, Shan is equally energetic and engaged. He enjoys spending quality time with his young family and actively supports charitable causes, including Save the Children.

Sunil Kalyani

Sunil is a Visiting Consultant to the Firm, bringing over two decades of experience within the UK Financial Services industry. He has worked extensively with a wide range of regulated firms and has developed deep expertise across mortgage lending and specialist advisory disciplines.

He previously served as a Mortgage Underwriter for one of the UK’s leading financial institutions, where he specialised in Retirement Mortgages and complex later-life lending assessments. In addition to his underwriting background, Sunil delivers training and professional development to newly qualified advisers, supporting them in meeting industry standards and regulatory expectations.

Sunil is a fully qualified mortgage adviser and also holds a PhD, reflecting his strong academic foundation and commitment to continuous professional advancement.

Ms. S Santhiya

Admin Manager — Remote

Ms. Santhiya serves as the Firm’s Back-Office Manager, bringing over 15 years of professional accounting experience. She holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance , reflecting her strong technical capability and commitment to high standards of operational governance.

She oversees key administrative related back-office functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of internal processes. Ms. Santhiya works remotely, providing consistent and reliable support to the firm.
